Terms of Service

These are placeholder terms while Nuug is in pilot stage. They will be replaced with lawyer-reviewed terms before we open the platform to anyone who hasn't directly signed a pilot agreement with us.

Who we are

Nuug Labs, Inc. (“Nuug”, “we”) operates an AI-augmented labor platform at nuug.io and app.nuug.io.

Using the service

By creating an account you confirm:

• You're at least 18.
• The information you give us about yourself or your company is accurate.
• You won't use the platform to do anything illegal or harmful.
• You won't share your account credentials with others.

If you're a specialist

• You're an independent contractor, not an employee of Nuug.
• You set your own hours and decline tasks at your discretion.
• Work you submit must be your own. Don't use AI to generate submissions without disclosing it.
• You agree to confidentiality regarding client information you encounter.
• Payment terms are described in your specialist agreement, separately.

If you're a client

• You're responsible for the data you submit. Don't submit personally identifiable information you don't have the right to share.
• You agree to our pricing terms as specified in your engagement contract.
• Outputs we deliver are licensed for your business use. We retain the right to use anonymized aggregated data for improving our internal models.

What you can't do

• Use the platform to handle content involving minors, harassment, fraud, or anything else illegal.
• Attempt to identify, contact, or recruit specialists outside the platform.
• Scrape or extract data from the platform beyond what your account is intended to access.
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to bypass our AI systems.

Termination

We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can close your account at any time by emailing support@nuug.io.

Liability

We do our best, but the service is provided “as is.” Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes

These terms will be replaced with lawyer-reviewed terms as we move out of pilot. We'll notify active users before any material change.
